We elevate the leadership development experience with optimally designed courses and expert faculty. Our courses meet the highest design standards, and are created from the ground to align with Quality Matters (QM) rubrics. All faculty have advanced degrees (master's degree or higher) in leadership or their specific field of expertise, a positive history of real-world work experience, and are well practiced and respected learning facilitators. Additionally, faculty teaching our core courses have doctoral degrees and extensive backgrounds in teaching and learning.
